If there is a problem with any of the items you have received, you have 14 days from receipt of the product in which to report the problem to us. To do so, go to My account, click "My orders" and select the order for which you wish to lodge a claim.
If you notice that any of your items are damaged or faulty when you receive your delivery, please refuse the delivery and contact us to arrange re-delivery of a replacement. If you discover after delivery that any items are damaged or faulty, please report this to us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To do so, go to My orders and select the order for which you wish to lodge a claim.
