Don't worry, your voucher can still be downloaded from your customer account page. To do this, go to My account, then My Vouchers and click on the Download button.
If you have placed an order in store and you do not have a customer account, we can send you a duplicate by email or post if your voucher is still valid and unused. Send a request to Customer Service by clicking here.
Your voucher can not be redeemed for cash. This term is stated at the bottom of the gift voucher.
