You can track the progress of your delivery. We will send you two automatic emails, the first to confirm your order, and the second to inform you once the order has been dispatched to the courier. If you do not receive these emails, remember to check your junk mail and the email address used.

If you have a customer account, it is possible to track the status of your orders from the My account section. 

Go to My orders and select the order you want to follow.

Your order can have the following statuses:

  • Order confirmed: Once your order has been made and the payment authorized, your order will change to "confirmed" status, which automatically generates a purchase order. You can view and print it from the My account section on the My orders page.
  • Order in preparation: Your order has been sent to our logistics partner. Once your items are available, they are carefully prepared and packaged for delivery.
  • Order dispatched to courier: Your order has been passed on to our courier partner in charge of your delivery.
  • Order delivered: Once the order is received by you, the status will update to "delivered". You can then view your invoice in the My account section on the My Orders.
