Once you have placed an order, we will send you two automatic emails, the first to confirm your order, and the second to inform you that the order has been dispatched to the courier. If you do not receive these emails, please double check your junk mail and the email address used when placing your order.
If you have a customer account, it is possible to track the status of your orders using the My account section.
Go to My orders and select the order you want to track.
Your order will have one of the following statuses:
· Order confirmed: Once your order has been made and the payment authorised, your order will change to ‘confirmed’ status, which automatically generates a purchase order. You can view and print this for your records via the My account section on the My orders page.
· Order in preparation: Your order has been sent to our logistics partner. Once your items are available, they are carefully prepared and packaged for delivery.
· Order dispatched to courier: Your order has been passed on to the courier partner in charge of your delivery.
· Order delivered: Once the order is received by you, the status will update to ‘delivered’. You can then view your invoice in the My account section on the My Orders.
