For home deliveries, in case you missed the deliver, a note will be left and you will be able to rearrange delivery or have the order delivered to a pick-up point. If you choose to collect from a pick-up point, you will have 10 working days to do so. After this period, it will be automatically returned to us.
For deliveries to the room of your choice, in case of absence, a delivery note will be left and you will be able to rearrange delivery.
If your package has been returned to the courier, go to My Account, click on My Orders and select the appropriate order to request a return.
