For deliveries to your door, in case of absence, a delivery note will be left and you will be able to rearrange delivery or have the order delivered to a pick-up point. If you choose to collect from a pick-up point, you will have 10 working days to do so. After this period, it will be automatically returned to us.
For deliveries to the room of your choice, in case of absence, a delivery note will be left and you will be able to rearrange delivery.
If your package has been returned to the shipper, do not worry! Go to My Account, click on My Orders and select the appropriate order to request a return.
If you do not have a customer account, or if you have placed an order in store and it is not linked to your account, please contact Customer Service.
