Don't worry, your order may have been split into more than one package. The packages have been separated after shipping and it may take a little longer for them to arrive. Go to My Account to check the number of packages shipped for your order and their tracking numbers. To track any missing packages, head to the relevant courier's website.

If you still do not receive the package or cannot find the tracking, send a request to Customer Service by clicking here.

Please note, some smaller items such as decor and small furniture do not require the same methods of preparation and delivery as our furniture and larger decor. For this reason, if you order a mix of small decor and furniture or larger decor, it’s likely that your order will arrive in two deliveries.
