You can change your delivery address on the payment page before confirming your order, under My Addresses. This change will be applied on the current order.
You can also change this information from My Account, by selecting My Personal Info and My Details. The change will be applied to all future orders.
If you wish to change the delivery address once the order has been confirmed, it depends on the courier service.
For delivery at home to your door, it is possible to ask the courier to change of address within the area their service covers. The request can be made to the courier after you have received the delivery details, by phone or email using the number on your purchase order.
For a delivery in the room of your choice, you can send us a request at any time for a change of delivery address if the new delivery area is covered by the same courier or the delivery costs are the same. We will take care of everything!
