You can modify your delivery address when creating your order, at the 'Delivery' stage of confirming the order. This modification will be applied to the only to order in progress.
You can also modify this information from your customer account by clicking on 'My personal info', then 'Addresses'. Please note that this modification will be applied to future orders only.
Your order has been confirmed
You can request a change of delivery address, if the delivery area and the cost remain unchanged. To do this, go to 'My account', then click on 'My orders' and select the order for which you want to change the address. We'll take care of the rest!
If you don't have a customer account or the order is not showing in your account, please contact Customer Services here.
Your order has been shipped
You can contact the courier directly to ask for a change of address within the delivery area. The request can be made to the courier from the tracking information received by email or telephone if you call the number shown on your order slip.
