Chronopost / DPD delivers to your door within four to six working days. When the courier receives your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the parcel number and a link to track its progress.
You will receive an email or text message on the day prior to delivery to notify you of the delivery time slot of three to four hours. The time slot is narrowed to one hour on the day of delivery.
If you are unavailable at that time, you may postpone delivery to a day of your choice or request collection from a pick-up point. You can also request a change of delivery address or provide additional information.
If you miss the delivery, the courier will leave a notice. You can schedule a delivery time or request collection from a pick-up point. If you opt for collection, you have 10 working days in which to collect your package. After this time, the item will be automatically sent back.
If necessary, you can contact Chronopost / DPD at 0121 275 05 00 and give them your delivery number (DN).
