Chronopost / DPD will deliver your parcel within four to six working days, to the front door of your apartment building or to the front gate of your house. In case of voluminous and/or heavy items, it is highly recommended that you request the assistance of a third person to help you carry your items to your home.
When the courier receives your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the parcel number and a link to track its progress.
You will receive an email or text message on the day prior to delivery to notify you of the delivery time slot of 1 to 2 hours. The time slot will be confirmed again on the day of delivery.
If you are unavailable at that time, you may postpone delivery to a day of your choice or request collection from a pick-up point. You can also request a change of delivery address or provide additional information.
If you miss the delivery, the courier will leave a notice. You can schedule a delivery time or request collection from a pick-up point. If you opt for collection, you have 10 working days in which to collect your package. After this time, the item will be automatically sent back.
If necessary, you can contact Chronopost / DPD at 0121 275 05 00 and give them your delivery number (DN).
