Panther will deliver to your home, to the room of your choice. Upon dispatch, Panther will contact you by email and text message to arrange an appointment between Monday to Friday between 7am and 8pm (depending on the delivery region).
You'll need to follow the link to the booking page and choose your delivery date.
The day before delivery, you will receive a text message informing you of your 2-hour delivery window (4 hours for London) and two delivery people will bring your order to the room of your choice.
For Scotland, at first a delivery week is arranged. You are then notified of the exact delivery day on the Monday of the planned delivery week.
Note, delivery does not include the assembly of items and TNT cannot take responsibility for the collection of packaging due to the current health restrictions.
Please note: it is your responsibility to check that doors, stairways and lifts are big enough for the items you are having delivered.
If necessary, you can contact Panther on 0160 421 5002 and give them your delivery number (DN).
