As an individual you have a cooling-off period of 14 clear days from the date of delivery to return any part of your order placed online. This does not apply to B2B customers.
Should this time expire on a Saturday, Sunday or a bank holiday, it will be extended to the following working day. This cooling-off period allows you to return the product at no expense.
For purchases in-store, you have a 30-day cooling-off period during which you can return any product purchased or delivered in-store. Orders placed in-store and delivered at home are firm and final as there is no cooling-off period.
Are you a VIP customer? You have a 60-day cooling-off period to return a product purchased in store (except furniture and home or store deliveries).
