TNT will deliver your parcel to the front door of your apartment building or to the entrance of your house. In case of large and/or heavy items, it is highly recommended that you request the assistance of a third person to help you carry your items to your home.
An email or text is sent to inform you of the planned delivery date, between the hours of 9am-6pm.
In case you are unavailable, you can postpone delivery to a different day or request drop-off to a pickup point. With TNT tracking it is also possible to request a change of delivery address or to provide additional information.
If necessary, you can contact TNT on 0800 100 600 and give them your delivery note number (DN).
