TNT will deliver your parcel within 3 to 5 working days, to the front door of your apartment building or to the front gate of your house. In case of voluminous and/or heavy items, it is highly recommended that you request the assistance of a third person to help you carry your items to your home.

An email or text is sent to inform you of the planned delivery date, between the hours of 9h to 18h.

In case you are unavailable, you can postpone delivery to a different day or request dropoff to a pickup point. It is also possible with TNT tracking to request a change of delivery address or to provide additional information.

If necessary, you can contact TNT on 0800 100 600 and give them your delivery note number (DN).
