For small decorative items, our orders are processed quickly so unfortunately we cannot cancel or modify your order once it's been confirmed.

However, don't worry, you can still return your order after you've received it and we'll cover all the return costs.

To return an order:

1. Sign in to My Account and access My Orders.

2. Select the items you wish to return and make a return request.

3. Prepare your parcel and return the items.

4. We will refund the cost of your items returned. If the entire order is returned, we will refund the delivery fees.

For furniture orders, you can request cancellation or modification directly from your customer account. To do this, go to My Account, then click on My Orders, select the order in question and follow the instructions.

If you want to cancel your order and the button "Cancel my order" at the top of the page is unavailable, it means that your order is at a stage where it can no longer be cancelled. Don't panic!

You can refuse delivery of your order and contact Customer Services to validate the solution that suits you.
