For purchases made in-store, please return the product to any Debenhams. They will then decide how to refund you.
For orders made online, once a request has been made and the products returned, the refund is processed. Refund times and methods depend on how the order was paid for:
Please note that when an item is returned by a courier, the refund will be processed as soon as the return is received and confirmed at the warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund is processed by our Account Department.
