All refund requests continue to be processed by our accounting department upon receipt of the items at our warehouse. As our teams work in strict compliance with the new health regulations, the reimbursement period may be slightly longer than usual. 

In view of the current situation, home pick-ups have been suspended until further notice. As soon as the situation is restored, and in the hope that this will happen as soon as possible, the carrier will contact you to agree on an appointment for any items that need to be collected. We will reimburse you once collection and return has been carried out.
