Is your order shown as "processing"?
This means that your order has been registered and is being packaged in our warehouses.
Given the circumstances, the order processing is taking longer than usual but these delays were taken into account when you placed your order and the date given was correct. This date is shown on your confirmation email as well as in your account, in the order tracking details.
Our warehouse teams are working to get the parcels with your orders ready as quickly as possible.
Is your order shown as "with the courier"?
Your package has been delivered to our courier. They will soon contact you by phone to agree on a delivery date.
The health crisis considerably slowed down deliveries from mid-March to mid-May, and couriers are still being disrupted by this. You may have difficulty getting through to some of our couriers.
